REEF BOTTLING
Reef Bottling, is a state of the art bottling facility, located at George Tce, Onehunga, Auckland . It is HAACP certified and audited. The actual bottling machinery was designed and built by Hunters of Hamilton to a very high specification , including Teflon coated fillers. This allows us to cater to a wide range of juices and liquids. Hot fill ,and labeling requirements can be achieved. 1800 bottles of 500ml capacity can been filled per hour.
A dedicated Sanitisation process has been developed and implemented. Reef Bottling currently bottles Noni Juice for The Pure Pacifika Brand, a company marketing its own Noni Tonic throughout New Zealand as well as overseas.
